Indoor Arena
Indoor Arena approx 60" X 150" comes with exclusive First Footing's dust-free fiber footing. Its insulated and clear windows and LEDs allow for a well-lighted space to ride and work horses. In the arena you will find large glassless mirrors for training and equine safety.
Outdoor Arena
Outdoor Arena is 100 X 200, sand mix, and situated beside the indoor with a sliding door that separates the two.
Paddocks
Fitting multiple horses outside at the same time, we have large grass and sand paddocks open throughout the year. We supply hay and water for each turnout.

Tack Rooms
We have a few heated tack rooms with individual custom-built saddle and bridle holders included with cubbies, saddle pad holders for boarding and training horses.
Concord Fit Gym
We have an in-house Gym for physical training available for free (not mandatory) use with our leaserss/boarders. You can choose to have private Rider Fitness Session (single/group) with our trainer as an add-on service or part of training fees. Ask for more details.
Reception Area
Commonly known as our "Tiki" bar, it is used to welcome visitors and where everyone gathers to enjoy company while horses are being tacked or groomed. The area has infrared heating, rubber floors and access to our kitchen.
Middle Stalls
5 Generous stalls approximately 12" X 11" with infra-red heating, automatic waterers, fans, dutch windows for horses to have an outside view, and original "nibble nets" to ensure healthy slow feeding.
West Wing Stalls
Generous insulated stalls with sky lights, approximately 12" X 11" with infrared heating, rubber mats, automatic waterers, fans, dutch windows for horses to have an outside view, and original "nibble nets" to ensure healthy slow feeding.
East Wing Stalls
6 Generous insulated new stalls approximately 12" X 11" with infra-red heating, rubber mats, automatic waterers, fans, dutch windows for horses to have an outside view, and original "nibble nets" to ensure healthy slow feeding.
Quarantine Stalls
2 Generous stalls approximately 12" X 11" with infra-red heating, rubber mats, access to its own water, exit/entrance, automatic waterers, fans, dutch windows for horses to have an outside view, and original "nibble nets" to ensure healthy slow feeding.
Kitchen
Fully equipped heated kitchen with sink (hot and cold water), fridge, microwave, and Coffee machine. It also keeps our washer and a dryer.
Wash Stalls
2 wash/groom stalls are situated in our main reception area that allows some socializing while you're tacking up and are available with infra-red heating, exhaust fans, both hot and cold water.
Rider Cubbie
We hold 2 sections of cubbies for riders to stow away their helmets, boots, and belongings for easy access.
Available for boarders, leasers and guests.
Viewing Room
Viewing room next to Indoor Arena to easily follow lessons, clinics, presenting sale horses, or daily training rides from the comfort of your seat. Cabinets on the side.
Trails
Large pastures and trails to hack, warm up or cool down horses. Back against the Marlborough Forest.
Feed Room
Separate heated Feedroom with cabinets and rolling bins for grain. Inside the feed room, we have storage to protect your valuables and for blankets along with Cabinets and Custom Saddle/bridle holders.
