Post Injury Training
Patrick's background in occupational therapy helps to support and guide your journey back under the saddle. He can also work hand in hand with your physiotherapist or post-injury specialist to make the transition easier. Our program does not replace medical guidelines from your doctor. Consult with your physician before participating in any equine-related activity.

Gym Training Session
​Join the Personal Training Program off the horse using Concord's gym equipment like resistance bands, dumbbells, treadmill, and own riding saddle stand to train your upper and lower body posture.

Included if needed, Kinesio taping, Sound Wave, Massage Gun Application, or Light Therapy.

Using your exercises correctly on the ground will shape your riding experience even better. Take what you have learned and practice it on your horse or one of ours based on availability/skill.
