The Trip
A horse-shopping trip to Europe should feel exciting, not overwhelming. We help coordinate your search and make the most of your time, typically seeing five to six horses each day across different stables. Plans remain flexible as new opportunities arise, keeping the search focused on what matters to you without overlooking a horse worth seeing.
The Ride
We believe it is our responsibility to try an unfamiliar horse before asking you to get on, unless you prefer to ride first. Together, we discuss what we feel and see before you decide whether to continue. Your trainer is always welcome, whether travelling with you or joining by live video, so you remain supported and involved throughout the trial.
The Decision
When a horse becomes a serious consideration, experience matters. We help you navigate veterinary considerations, risk, purchase, import protocols, quarantine, timing and the financial implications of each decision. If you choose to move forward, we coordinate the journey, adapt when plans change and keep you informed through each stage until your horse arrives.

Finding a Horse in North America
Not every search needs to cross an ocean. For some clients, searching within Canada and the United States simply makes more sense. Timing, travel and personal preference can all shape where a search begins, and each option comes with its own considerations. What matters is choosing the approach that works for you, with experienced guidance throughout the process.
